ABOUT MYSELF

I have been teaching in Malden since 1998 when I was hired as a Title One Reading/Writing teacher. I had the opportunity to teach many grade levels-from Grade One-Grade 8!! This is my fourth year teaching kindergarten. The children are so enthusiastic, open-minded, and a joy to be with every day!

SEPTEMBER

Welcome to all my new, wonderful kindergarten children and their families! This year will be filled with fun, challenges, and lots of opportunity to grow and enjoy your brand new school environment! I look forward to seeing all of you grown-ups at Back to School Night!! You will receive specific details soon regarding this very special evening.

Home/School Connection

Reading at home with your child will benefit his/her literacy development. Hearing oral language daily and having books in the home has been proven to increase your childs interest and ability in reading and writing!
