About myself

This is my first year as a health teacher at the Salemwood School. I was at the Beebe School for 8 years and taught both physical education and health. For many years I taught elementary physical education in Somerville and Stoneham. I enjoy helping children understand that good health includes many parts of their whole health, from good nutrition to social well being to participating in sports. As a member of the Health Advisory Committee I helped draft a wellness policy for the Malden Public Schools. I am also an active participant of Healthy Malden.
