This is my thirteenth year teaching in Malden. I taught second grade inclusion at the Glenwood School for two years. I am currently teaching sixth grade E.L.A. at the Beebe School. I have a Bachelors degree from Merrimack College in both Sociology and Elementary Education. I have a Masters Degree in Special Education from Salem State College. I have always wanted to be a teacher and really enjoy my job.
Assignments are generally given everyday. They are an important way for the students to practice the concepts that have been taught in class. The assignments are due the next day but the students can pass them in one day late and still receive credit. It is very important to check your child's agenda book daily. Homework is subject to change depending on what we were able to cover in class that day. It is also a great tool to foster communication between home and school.
