About Myself

I began my teaching career in 1973 at the Belmont School and have taught at other Malden Schools including the Glenwood School, Emerson School and the Maplewood School. I have been the K-4 Computer teacher at the Beebe School since it opened in 1999. I also spent six years away from teaching when I owned and operated a candy store and a slush manufacturing business.

When students come to the Computer Lab they are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. They need to listen, make a good effort to do the work and not talk when I am speaking or giving instructions.(There will be time throughout the class when students will be talking or helping their classmates) There is to be no food or drink at the computer stations and students are to treat the equipment carefully. Students are not allowed access to the internet without my permission.

The Professor Says:

The Professor has spent much time visiting the students of Mr. Golomb's Computer Lab for the last two years and he always has provided them with good lessons to help with their learning. Some tips from the professor include:
  • Listen carefully when your teacher is talking.
  • Be polite to your classmates.
  • Raise your hand to ask a question.
